Advice and answers from the LangShop help center

If you switch to a smaller tariff plan:

  • The remaining number of requests will be recalculated.
  • If the number of queries used exceeds the limit of the tariff plan, then access to the api will be blocked until the next tariff month or before switching to a larger package.
  • Next, the number of active keys will be limited to the limit allowed by the plan (more new keys will remain). These keys will be blocked but they are not deleted, when they move to a larger plan, they will be available again.

If you switch to a larger tariff plan:

  • The remaining number of requests will be recalculated.
  • Next, the number of active keys will be recalculated, if the number of api keys will be less than the limit of the new tariff plan and there will be blocked keys in the database they will be restored to the amount allowed by the tariff plan (newer keys will be restored).
