LangShop allows importing product translations using CSV and PO file formats. You can import new or updated translations for additional languages.
Steps:

From your LangShop admin, go to Products > All Products.

Click Import.

Select the language that will take part in the import process.
Note 🔔 You can import only one file for one language at a time. If you have 5 languages in your Online Store, then you’ll have to import translations separately for each language. - Choose CSV or PO file from your local storage.
Make sure it matches LangShop CSV or PO file format. If the format and structure of the imported file is incorrect, then the import fails and the error message pops-up.
Note: the imported file can't exceed 30MB. If you get an error when trying to upload a new CSV file, then check the size properties before importing. -
Check the box
if you want to override the existing translations and replace them with empty fields instead. In case your CSV or PO file has no translations for some products in the target column for an additional language, LangShop will import all texts and empty fields that will erase previous translations. You won't be able to recover this action.
Uncheck the box
if you want to keep your current translations. After the import process, LangShop will only replace old data with new translations and won't touch empty fields. - Click Import products.
Please wait for LangShop to complete the import process. You can track the estimated time frames by hovering the spinning bar at the top-right. When LangShop finish importing translations, you will receive an email confirmation. You may also check the updates from the LangShop admin > Alerts section.
