In the Order section, you will find all your orders and can check their status.
For now, we have one order, but there can be 2, 3, or 10 of them. You will see info about the payment and translation status.
Click on the order to see details. For example, you can see the list of items that were sent for translation, the language into which they will be translated, payment status, and the status of the translation. If the status is Translating content, it means that the agency received the content and is working on its translation now. The translation status will change.
When you scroll the page, you will see the detailed pricing info.
- Subtotal - the translation agency's price for their work.
- Tax - stands for tax + transfer fee for transferring funds between bank accounts.
- Shopify fee - the fee for conducting transactions with users. This fee will be added to the total cost of translation.
- Total - the total price for professional translation.
Below the pricing info, you will see Events timeline. Here you will get messages about the translation status. Follow the steps described in these messages. For example, as you see, on our screen we have a message. It asks to mark the order as reviewed. You can do this if you scroll the page up.
