LangShop allows translating menu items into different languages.
Want to learn how? Let's get started!
From your LangShop Admin -> open Online Store -> Navigation.
Here, you will find all the menu items you add through Shopify Navigation.
Under the Navigation title, you can launch auto translations for all menu items or the ones you select manually. Click Auto Translate -> select the languages from the list into which you want to translate menu items.
If you select the checkbox override existing translations, the app will re-translate existing texts into different languages. If you skip that box, the app will search and translate only those fields that are empty and require translations.
You can choose all navigation and launch auto translation by clicking Translate button. Or, select manually items and choose the option selected navigation.
Menu items are also available for pro translations. You can submit the order to the TextMaster agency, and get the results within 48 to 72 business hours.
You can choose the type of fields and how you want them to display. You can manage a single language or compare the default language with the additional one you add to store. This comparison type is very convenient for manual editing too.
If you work with Excel spreadsheets or PO editor, you can use LangShop export/import buttons for translations. Choose languages you want to export menu items. LangShop support CSV and PO file formats. Export all navigation items (or select manually items -> choose selected navigation option) -> Export navigation.
If you hover on more actions, the drop-down list will show up a few more options you can choose from. You can edit navigation in Shopify. The link brings you directly to Shopify Navigation. You can edit the menu for the store language and go back to the app to translate recently updated menu items.
Save changes and update your storefront details.
