LangShop is a customer-friendly app. If you delete the app and after unsuccessful searches, for an alternative application you decide to install it again, all your translations and settings will be restored too. When you install LangShop and run the translation process, the app creates its own version of your main theme and translates it.
So, in order to delete LangShop, you should do next:

Go to the Shopify Apps section.

Open LangShop and go to the Online Store -> Themes section.

Publish the main theme back instead of the translated one.

Go to the Shopify Apps section.

Click on the Delete near the app.
Also, you can publish the main theme back from the Themes section in the Shopify account.
